Stress management is a set of tools, procedures and methods that allows us to take control of our problems and make sure that they don’t affect our daily routine, in other words, a set of tools that helps with managing stress. Problems that leads to stress that are specific in nature have different stress management techniques that can be applied to keep you in balance and harmony.

Luckily, stress management techniques can provide us with a way of keeping our stress levels under control that tends to affect our physical, mental and emotional health.
